Job Description

You have 2+ years of Recruiting experience. You are looking for a dynamic and collaborative work environment.


TriStarr's client, a manufacturing facility in Manheim, is seeking a long-term temporary Recruiter to source candidates and build pipelines for their open roles.



Recruiter Responsibilities:


  • You will perform other duties as assigned.
  • You will act as point of contact for external labor sources.
  • You will phone screen candidates.
  • You will schedule and interview candidates.
  • You will attend job fairs and recruiting events.
  • You will utilize various creative sourcing techniques .
  • You will build pipelines for open roles.
  • You will post all job vacancies.



Recruiter Experience/Skills:


  • Your Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, building pipelines, and sourcing candidates.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.



LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Long-Term Temporary

START DATE: asap, pending interviews

PAY RATE: $24/hr.

HOURS: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

DRESS CODE: Business casual
