### Description
- Create and manage phone, email and social media correspondence to candidates
- Contact candidates and employees to request information such as updated resumes, updated contact information and availability
- Source, engage and assist in hiring college talent for internships and entry-level positions
- Review applications and share candidate information for review to appropriate managers
- Attend and host campus recruiting events
- Input, maintain and pull candidate information from applicant and employee databases
- Additional duties as assigned
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations and recruitment networks
- Social Media knowledge in advertising and sourcing applicants
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in Recruiting
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with all people including those from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Construction industry experience
- Basic knowledge of HR rules and regulations in regards to Federal and State Compliance
- Possess the manual dexterity to operate office equipment, filing, and perform specialized skills
- Have the ability to lift, carry and/or move up to 25 lbs. of weight in the form of paper, boxes, files, etc.
- Possess a high degree of concentration necessary in a busy office environment
- Have the ability to repetitively use hands to grasp, reach above and below with arms, and work overhead
- Have the ability to stoop, bend, walk, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Have the ability to sit for extended periods with occasional standing required
- Must have flexibility with hours in order to better accommodate business needs
- Must be able to work in an office environment
