HYBRID Recruiter - Contract Assigned to Chick-fil-A Corporate office in Atlanta, GA


HYBRID - Must be local to metro Atlanta. Standard CFA working hours. Possible travel.


Pay: $25 - $30 hourly


Responsibilities:

Contract Recruiter: Early Talent Programs


Seeking a professional who can deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience and successfully help drive qualified referrals to the applicant pipeline. Looking for an organized and innovative professional who can support and execute on an effective recruitment strategy.


• Provide support to Recruitment Advisors focused on event support across multiple programs and recruiting initiatives. Complete administrative support functions as needed

• Provide research and market intelligence regarding talent pools as requested. Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events

• Manage and coordinate field events, webinars and information sessions (e.g., onsite or virtual). Be willing to serve as a Talent Scout to help execute on key events and branding opportunities. Conduct pre and post event communications with perspective candidates

• Leverage sourcing tools (i.e., Handshake) and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with candidates

• Engage and connect with a pipeline of diverse talent for current & future openings. Manage written and verbal communications while regularly updating talent pools



Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 2 years of related experience

• Ability/experience to successfully identify and qualify candidates

• Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System(s)

• Proficiency with Excel (Microsoft Office Suite)

• Ability to simultaneously interact across several programs and hiring initiatives

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

• Self-driven and highly motivated

• Ability and desire to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, often changing environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to juggle multiple calendars

• Problem-solving aptitude

• Critical-thinking skills
