Primary Function


The Recruiter is responsible for playing a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent. They will maintain a pipeline of positions that vary by department and skill-level as assigned by the Manager Recruiting. This position requires an in-depth understanding of our full-cycle recruiting process, the company's organizational structure as well as a knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.


Principal Duties


  • Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders (hiring managers and HR/ TA team) to obtain an understanding of current and future staffing needs, and partner to develop effective recruitment strategies to attract outstanding talent.
  • Screen candidates and facilitate interviews and hiring decision-making process with hiring teams, while ensuring a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.
  • Review, update, assess and disposition candidate applications submitted online through Workday.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance our recruiting processes.
  • Identify and utilize appropriate targeted sourcing and research tools; including online searches, social media, networking, and targeted campaigns to proactively source candidates and build diverse candidate pools.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.
  • As a Subject Matter Expert, assist in training new team members and provide guidance for current team members.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Participate in college recruiting events, internal hiring events, community outreach events, etc.


Education And Experience Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related area is preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting or similar recruiter-type background.


Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements


  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment including direct telephone contact required.
  • Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve greater diversity in our talent pipeline.
  • Must be personable, reliable, and outgoing.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with both internal/external sources at all different levels.
  • Experience with heavy volume recruiting is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player but also has the ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite required.
