Description
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Follow up on all necessary paperwork and details required for a successful recruiting and hiring process
- Dresses accordingly to company policy
- Ensure a positive and smooth new hire experience is achieved
- Possess solid organizational and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Outlook
- Familiarize oneself with company handbook and ensure employees know the importance of the employee handbook
- Navigate accurate hiring stages and required pre-employment tests with candidates
- Provide excellent examples of customer service with professional drivers and travelers at all times
- Serve as a resource for new employees during the recruitment and hiring process
- Screen and recruit candidates for top talent that are applying at various Iowa 80 Group locations throughout the United States
- Advanced MS Office, Applicant Tracking System and Outlook skills with continuous improvement
- Ability to learn and retain information, processes and policies
- Genuine interest in people and find helping them to be rewarding
- 1+ years recruiting experience preferred but not required for the right person
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Enjoys structured daily workflow tasks/processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize data and work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Presents self and information in an honest, ethical and professional behavior
- Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills
- Enjoys office environment (working on computer and being on phone all day)
