Job Description

Job Title: Recruiter - High Volume Call Center and Operations (1-2 years of experience)

Location: Remote (Utah)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40-55K + Benefits

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in high volume hiring for call center professionals and other operations roles. This is a remote position based in Utah, offering flexibility and a collaborative work environment. Freshers who are passionate about starting their career in recruitment for call center and operations roles are also encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific positions.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview a high volume of candidates for call center and operations positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Experience in managing and prioritizing a high volume of candidates and positions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of the call center and operations industry and job requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in high-volume call center and operations hiring.
  • Proven ability to attract and engage candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
  • The results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
