Call Center Recruiter Jobs

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.

Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific positions.

Facilitate the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in high-volume call center and operations hiring.

Strong understanding of the call center and operations industry and job requirements.

Experience in managing and prioritizing a high volume of candidates and positions.

Full cycle recruitment: job requisition intake, passive candidate generation/sourcing, candidate screening, interview facilitation, candidate & stakeholder management, and offer negotiations/closing candidates

Leverage market data and insights to help advise hiring managers into making strategic hiring decisions

Optimize every aspect of the talent acquisition process by leveraging ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure a superior candidate experience

Provide data insights on candidate pipeline health and conversion metrics to hiring managers/ key stakeholders

3+ years of experience of full-lifecycle recruitment. Experience recruiting for healthcare, sales or customer support preferred.
