Responsibilities

Plans and conducts therapeutic procedures and programs to maintain and/or restore patients physical psychological intellectual and social capabilities. Evaluates and assesses patient needs relative to gross motor coordination group behavior interpersonal relationships and proficiency in various recreation and leisure activities. Coordinates and leads functional community reintegration sessions and aquatic therapy programs.

Qualifications

Minimum:
Completion of accredited therapeutic recreation clinical internship.
BS in Therapeutic Recreation Therapy or relevant field.
American Heart Association BLS.
Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred:
One to three years related experience.
TRS certification.

Pay Range
$25.25 - $36.61 /hour
