Candidates must be local to the Dallas area.

I am working with a client in N. Dallas that is looking for an Application Support Analyst. This position is a hybrid on site/remote role. Are you open to looking at new opportunities?

  • Possess a good understanding of how transactions flow through a fully integrated system.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
  • ERP/CRM and business processes like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. Regardless of the application, looking for candidates that have some level of exposure to sales orders, purchase orders, invoices (AP/AR) etc.
  • Responsible for application management, support, training and documentation of policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for supporting the core ERP system and other internal and customer-facing applications.
