Job Description
Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an evening receptionist to manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


Key Qualifications


  • Positive attitude and professional
  • Good multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills


Responsibilities


  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide directions and general assistance
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Receive students and visitors at the front desk
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
