Providing the best customer service to every person who walks into our door. Greeting staff members walking in, clients, vendors, etc. Always answering the phone with professionalism and a positive attitude. Ensuring each client is taken care of properly and transferred over to the correct employee/department. Answering any simple questions for callers calling in (fax number, address, hours of operation, etc.)
