In this role, the receiving clerk administers the flow of all products coming into the hospital and the employees responsible for delivering said product. Maintains the cleanliness and integrity of the dock. Additional duties include filling requisitions from various departments, receive, unpack and verify supplies and equipment shipped from vendors. Delivers requisitioned items according to schedule.

This is a full-time day shift position 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday including rotating holidays located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Preferred Criteria:

• Some college
• Prior experience in ordering, processing and receiving

Required Criteria:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy
• High School Diploma or GED
