Warehouse Receiving Clerk Night Shift Jobs

Maintain open communications with the management team, to help coordinate the general flow of inventory throughout the Distribution Center pipeline

Operate all equipment associated with picking and receiving responsibilities for regular and special store orders

Preferred 0-2 years previous experience in related position

Verifies accuracy of all receiving documents

Maintains security integrity and control of all freight, including controlled substances and confidential material

Responsible for receiving and sorting freight daily.

Prior experience in ordering, processing and receiving

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

High School Diploma or GED

Remove team barriers to implementing new ideas or approaches by securing the necessary resources or support from senior management.

Manage multifaceted projects or assignments, such as projects that have several separate components, with minimal error and without missing important deliverables.

Experience operating a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.

5-10 years of warehousing and experience preferred.

3-5 years of leadership experience required.

One-year related experience and/or training

Generate bill of ladings and invoices prior to updating system.

Create invoice, verifying cases and price prior to updating.

Process will-call and all sales delivery routes.

Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Systems and/or Synapse Warehouse Management is a plus

Complete knowledge of company Good Distribution Practices

Great communication with drivers, team members and managers

Computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Provides clerical support in the receiving of product

Ensures that all inbound product is counted correctly and received in the system accurately

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: Starting at $16+ per hour based on experience

Warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.

Electric Pallet Jack & Forklift experience is preferred or willingness to learn is required

Must possess good communication skills, be a team player and be flexible.

Must have basic computer experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE LANGUAGE SKILLS

Knowledge of computer experience (AS400, SAP, WMS)

Proficient in Word, Excel and Data Entry

Knowledge of carriers (LTL, FTL)

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

High school diploma (HSD) or general education degree (GED).
