Receiving Clerk -

We are looking for a Receiving Clerk to accept and process deliveries. The Receiving Clerk's responsibilities include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly, and processing returns.

To be successful as a Receiving Clerk you should be able to inspect deliveries with great attention to detail and be in good physical condition to lift and move heavy items. Ultimately, a top Receiving Clerk should be able to ensure efficient receiving processes and promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies.

Prerequisites:

Must speak and write fluent English

Bilingual preferred but not necessary

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted

Must be able to operate a standard sit-down forklift (training provided)

Must be computer savvy

Must have experience working with ERP or WMS systems

Job consists of:

Physical receipt of all deliveries to company

Reviewing / Counting receipts to verify accuracy

Processing all receipts in the System (NetSuite)

Physical processing of all customer returns (requires thorough inspection of product to determine sellable status)

Processing of all returns in the System (NetSuite). Includes taking photos and documenting damages, missing parts, or other defects.

Collaborating with Accounting department to support returns and claims

Assist with unloading trucks as needed.

Equipment usage includes: Sit down forklift, pallet jacks, box cutters, and other packing materials.
