Keller Williams Avenues Realty is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Agent. As a Real Estate Agent, you will help clients buy and sell properties, while providing exceptional customer service and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assistance to clients in buying and selling properties
• Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate on their behalf
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure future business
• Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and local developments
• Attend meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
• Actively search for new clients through networking and marketing efforts

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must have a valid real estate license (or be willing to obtain one)
• Familiarity with local real estate market and trends
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
