Responsibilities

• Monitor the manufacturing process, ensure all step are tightly align with compliances, regulations and timeline
• Improvement of existing formulas to increase productivity and quality
• Ensure the raw materials to be FDA approved
• Works with Operations Manager in finding and qualifying new packaging materials.
• Meets with suppliers and identify ingredients needed
• Create new product formulation from concept to commercialization
• Develop and introduces new ingredients and formulas
• Works closely with management in setting product direction, establishing priorities, and meeting goals.
• Works in a safe and responsible manner to create an injury-free and incident-free workplace
• Evaluate data from testing to cross-functional teams; identify and communicate issues/risks from formulation to production.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advance experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor Degree Holder in Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical/ Food Science or related field
• Bilingual is a plus (Chinese)
• Knowledge in GMP & HACCP is preferred
• At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical / supplement manufacturing
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize daily work for self and others and delegate work appropriately
