Quality Technician/Analyst Jobs

Join our team as a Quality Control Technician for our Outside Processing (OSP) group! The OSP Quality Control Technician/Analyst performs a variety of quality control tests/inspections on products, materials, components and parts at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards. This position will record and evaluate test data, applying statistical quality control procedures. The role also makes recommendations, based on the data, for optimum quality of the product. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, problem solver who utilizes knowledge and understanding as well as a strong work ethic to ensure all specifications and quality are met.

Responsibilities

• Basic reports to summarize data with reference to advanced quality techniques
• Accurate inspection and analysis of results to internal & customer requirements
• Enter scrap, rework, rejection claim and inspection data
• Timely data entry to ensure material on hold is properly identified and realized
• Interaction with production staff and documentation of results
• Follow advanced quality techniques to track, analyze, audit and report on materials, products, and processes.
• Use variable and/or attribute measurement devices to ensure compliance to organizational and customer quality standards
• Analysis of internal data to support business needs

Desired Experience

• 3 years Quality related experience
• Above-average math and statistical analysis
• ASQ Quality Technician certification preferred
• Advanced use of laboratory equipment and recording of test results and analysis of results
• Advanced understanding of product defects
• Advanced knowledge of calibration processes and techniques
• Basic Computer and data collection skills
• Oracle knowledge preferred
