Quality Lead Jobs

The Role:

Provide support to Quality and Manufacturing departments ensuring compliance with Engineering and regulatory requirements through the Quality Management System (QMS).

What you’ll do:

• Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing improvements in the QMS
• Participate in both internal and external audits to verify conformance to procedures.
• Participate in problem-solving at inspection as well as manufacturing and product assembly levels
• Develop inspection plans based on product nonconformance data and product critical to quality features
• Collect failure data from all the product testing's available

• Support Quality Manager in Supplier quality documentation procedures
• Support Quality Manager in customer RMA documentation procedures
• Lead product containment activities
• Support Quality Manager in the documenting day to day quality activities
• Represent quality department and provide updates at daily meetings

• Support defect tracking process, track progress on corrective actions
• Assist with Material Review Board activities
• Facilitate understanding quality systems working with production employees
• Ensure all incidents of non-conformance are recorded

• Assocaite degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of product functional inspection and test equipment and methodologies
• Working knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings, technical specification and industry standards.

• Ability to work within time and budget constraints.
• Knowledge on IPC standards and testing procedures
