Job Description
Growing Quality Inspection & Containment company seeking Quality Inspectors to join our team! Inspect product in accordance with work instructions/project requirements, complete applicable project documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication with management. Perform all tasks with priority on safety first.

Pay Rate $12.00 per hour
Shifts:
7:30a-4:30pm, 1st shift
9:00p -5:00am, 3rd shift

Responsibilities Job Requirements:
  • Comply with all safety instructions and protective equipment requirements
  • Comply with uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance
  • Assist with training team members, as needed
  • Complete training requirements in a timely manner
  • Inspect, rework, and sort parts in accordance with customer requirements
  • Comply with performance and conduct standards
  • Accurately and thoroughly collect and record project data
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2008 certifications and requirements.
  • Read, comprehend, and apply written work instruction
  • Able to use hand tools
  • Travel to project locations, as needed
  • Follow host client policies and procedures
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • All other duties, as assigned
  • Capable of performing detail-oriented and repetitive work
  • Drive customer service by communicating with customer, as needed
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Able to effectively and efficiently work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
  • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
  • 20/20 vision/corrected vision with no color blindness
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Read, comprehend, and apply written standardized work.
  • Hand/eye coordination with arm/hand/finger dexterity including the ability to grasp with visual acuity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 10 – 50 pounds for extended periods of time
  • Able to pass initial and subsequent drug screenings
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma; up to two years of college or technical school preferred
  • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields, at least two (2) years preferred
