We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for production teams on quality control procedures and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that quality requirements are met throughout the supply chain
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
• Conduct regular audits of our manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that our products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Job Details

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
