Job Details


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Lead quality engineering, with teams with tasks for plant.
  • New Projects Launch Engineering to create Gage Lists, purchase , & set up items in Gage Tracking Software, and MRO.
  • Help with launch trials to ensure the process will be ready for start of production.
  • Customer support, customer trials, & other responsibilities.
  • Running document updating including control plans, PFMEA, Process Flow, Gage planning.
  • Create spare parts lists for Straightening Fixtures/Machines, & QA Equipment as needed.
  • Leading problem solving, inspection/final inspection.
  • Responsible for process audits and costumer audits.
  • Responsible for preparation of PPAP on time for new product release, assemble data from Metrology/Testing Labs/Special Tests


Requirements


  • Problem Solving, QRQC, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC
  • 3 min. Automotive Quality experience
  • BS or AS university or 6 years experience
