Quality Engineer Jobs

DSJ Global is currently partnered with an industry leading packaging organization who is looking to add a Quality Engineer to their team in Georgia! The Quality Engineer will be responsible for providing technical process support for production and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support plant improvement efforts, as needed (e.g., improve QMS, documentation, problem solving capabilities)
• Facilitate statistical process method training for plant personnel; become an SME of the plant SPC system
• Assess measurement systems to ensure process robustness and develop improvement plans where needed
• Validate process and product changes to ensure desired results are achieved and sustainable
• Utilizing a process approach, evaluate existing practices and conduct gap analyses against international quality system standards and existing procedures; develop and propose modifications to close the gaps

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to train others.
• Experience in ISO certified or regulated workplace a plus
• Bachelors degree
• ASQ CQE or CMQ/OE certification or willingness to achieve certification
