Salary:$21.45 - $25.30 per hour.
Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Quality Coordinator
The Quality Coordinator is a vital contributor to our organization that is striving to innovate, test and develop best practices to improve patient care through patient experience and access. As a member of the Quality Improvement (QI) Team, work is done towards the goal to improve quality care through process efficiency, clinical efficiency and cost. This is done by providing data sources, data extraction, analysis, benchmarking, process improvement, and measurement of outcomes..
  • Coordinate the distribution of data obtained from a variety of sources, including EHR, to drive clinical and operational performance improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementing of clinical workflows, training, and in services for clinical staff to ensure they align with data entry needs for Quality measures
  • Prepare easy to understand presentations and reports to support clinical care teams, quality improvement, and the reporting needs of the organization.
  • Coordinate the distribution of data throughout the agency for Quality Improvement measures and activities, GPRA, HEDIS, Meaningful Use, pay-for-performance initiatives, patient satisfaction surveys, grants and other reporting.
Required Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Intermediate computer application with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated skill in clearly presenting data.
  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • One year working directly with data at a midsized organization strongly preferred. One year experience in healthcare and with medical terminology health information technology, quality improvement, or patient services- preferred; experience working in a health center (IHS, FQHC, or similar) preferred.
  • Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID - 19 vaccine before date of hire to be considered for employment. This includes the booster shot, when eligible.
