Details


  • Schedule: Full Time | Day Shift | M-F | 7a-5:30p Flex Start
  • Department: Total Quality Management
  • Hospital: All Saints
  • Location: Racine, WI
  • Coordinates quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of Regulatory/Accreditation continuous readiness programs.
  • Supports activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards. (i.e. Peer Review Committees, PI Committees)
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution and implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures. Experience with process improvement tools is ideal.
  • Analyzes and reports on data collected from a variety of sources. Develops detailed quality reports for specific groups and service lines.

Responsibilites

Organize and coordinate quality, risk and patient safety program activities and workflow.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/performance measures.
  • Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.
  • Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
  • Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources.
  • Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.


Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Quality Professional preferred.
  • Risk Management preferred.
Education:
  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
