Quality Control Technician Specialist Jobs

Knowledge of quality management systems, current Good Manufacturing Practices, expertise with QC principles and compliance requirements.

4+ years of QC experience in the pharmaceutical laboratory industry

Lead laboratory investigations for OOS, OOE, OOTs and system suitability failures.

Lead deviation investigations related to QC laboratory, excursions, and adverse trends.

Work with QC team for data gathering, observing processes for investigations, and performance of associate interview.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and LANGUAGES

Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and System Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) preferred.

Comply with all applicable quality management system, environmental, safety and occupational health policies. (for example, ISO 13485, ISO14001 & OSHAS18001).

The ability to interact with technical peers, manufacturing associates and all levels of management in a cross-functional team environment is required.

Provide training and education to peers and support groups as needed.

Performs other work related duties assigned by QA Manager of Operations or Quality Engineer.

Computer literacy desired for recertification tracking and Lactec back-up requirements.

Minimum high school diploma and 3 years' experience in a quality, manufacturing and/or laboratory environment.

Responsible for quality inspections and the adjustment of Finished Goods and Intermediate batches during the manufacturing process.

Must review all adjustments to the final product with the Quality Specialist prior to can-out and shipment.

Make batch adjustments to production batches, as required by the Quality Specialist.

Perform Dirt Check Filtration process on Finished Goods as required by Customer

Follow process guidelines and expedite quality concerns to management

Experience with food safety (e.g., AIB certification, operations prerequisite programs, UP lights, etc.)

Experience with audit compliance (e.g., monitoring, documentation, variance explanation, etc.)

Experience with product changeovers (e.g., CIP, flavor changes, sanitizing, setting formulas, etc.)

Experience operating testing instruments (e.g., Carbo Qc, HPLC, Densitometers, Water Testing, etc.)

Experience following standards of operations (SOPs) (e.g., following procedures, etc.)

Experience using ISO 9001 quality management system auditing

Familiarity with quality management tools (control chart, FTA, FMEA, etc.) and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Practical experience with materials analysis, testing, and chemical analysis equipment.

Extensive data analysis experience such as statistical process control of production data

Experience in defect reduction of high-volume manufacturing products

Conducting and implementing quality control systems for Li-ion battery manufacturing processes.

Aides to ensure that the quality system requirements are maintained.

Ensure quality assurance assessments at established supplier and client sites are performed in compliance with Company requirements

Manage and support issues in relation to scan docs.

Computer software skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, and Oracle (ERP) system.

Knowledge in API, ISO, and ASTM standards preferred

Review Source Documents including material test records to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy to engineering specifications.

1 year of Project Management software experience a plus (JIRA, Trello, etc)

Review various short- and long-form video creatives, identifying errors to enhance split-testing outcomes.

Organize assets, create metadata, and conduct regular checks on video servers and file storage.

Update Google Suite documents and spreadsheets for Video Team workflow efficiency; familiarity with JIRA and/or Zapier is beneficial.

Incorporate lessons from past projects to take responsibility for improving future creative endeavors.

Well-versed in English grammar + spelling

Report results to Production management for quality improvement.

Learn to complete all necessary documentation/record keeping requirements for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and NESL.

Coordinate any issues or specifications with supervisors or managers.

Collect, record, and process any material certifications required for products.

At the end of 18 months the applicant must have passed their PDOT NECEPT aggregate certification.

Accurately perform a mechanical multi-point inspection to assure the quality of our product meets the company’s standards.

Handle physical damage inspection of all retail inventory to assure it is front line retail ready.

Assure keys and inventory are properly tagged with stock stickers and test drive vehicle inventory.
