About the Position:
Title: Qlik Business Intelligence Developer Intern
Reports to: Manager, Business Intelligence, Corporate IT
Location: Remote
Relocation: Not Available
Position Overview:
This position will be a part of the Terex Corporate Business Intelligence Team. Primary responsibilities include the migration of QlikView reports to a new Qlik Cloud environment, as well as the administration of Qlik Technologies within an Amazon Web Services platform.
This position will work closely with Business and IT Teams to gather requirements, enhance existing data solutions, and build new solutions as needed to meet the needs and goals of Terex Corporation.
This position will also be responsible for architecture and design documentation, adherence to and/or enrichment of existing Terex Internal Standards for software development, version control, and code promotion.
Responsibilities:
  • Adherence to Terex-Qlik Architecture, Standards, and Governance Processes
  • Migration of QlikView Reports to Qlik Cloud
  • Administration of Qlik Cloud Environment
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting of QlikView / Qlik Cloud Reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Project Coordination and Communication
  • Exposure to Qlik Reporting Suite
  • Experience in Database Modeling in Oracle or SQL Server
  • Exceptional communication skills with End Users
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as needed
  • Experience in QlikSense Development and Administration
  • Experience in nPrinting
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Strong results orientation
  • Skilled in working within a dynamic and fast paced environment
Language:
  • English Language mandatory
  • German Language is a plus
The compensation for this position is $22/hr for undergraduate interns and $24/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay, but is not eligible for medical benefits.
