Qa/Qc Electrical Technician Level 1

Job Title: QA/QC Electrical Technician Level 1 Department: Customer Operations

Reports to: QA/QC Electrical Lead Location: Jonesboro, AR, Franklin, TN or Remote

• Responsible for conducting inspection and validation service operations on all sites.
• Proactively involved with the training and site installation quality compliance program.
• Assess and modify systems where system performance does not meet operational expectation and design specifications.
• Populates site specific call out lists.
• Performs other tasks as requested by manager
• Conduct 30, 60-day QA/QC installation reviews.
• Ensure installation ae completed in accordance with customer, S&H, and recognized installation standards.
• Responsible for adhering to all company safety and QA/QC programs and OSHA regulations.

• 2-year degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum 2-years of experience in installation as an electrical installation technician
• Minimum of 4 years of certified electrical work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand complex customer drawings and wiring schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical components.
• Ability to handle highly urgent and mission-critical issues.
• Aptitude for problem solving and logical thinking.
• Strong analytical and solution driven skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic tools knowledge and experience such as Digital Multi Meter, tachometer, wire tracer, laser, laser levels, tape measure, dual laser infrared thermometer, network cable, tester, torque wrench, square, shim gage, vibrometer vibration meter tester analyzer, etc.
• Strong electrical aptitude and background.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Travel Requirement:

• Expect to travel 75 – 85% based on projects.
