Global e-commerce is a content e-commerce business with international short video products as the carrier. Responsibilities:

• Mainly focus on manual testing, skilled use of testing tools and frameworks
• Project quality management: focus on process specification implementation, identify risks, and push teams to solve in order to ensure high quality and efficient deploy
• Possess some skills for automation, be able to maintain and upgrade automation use cases
• Focus on the functionality perspective of the application under test. Set up and implement reasonable test strategy, plan and test cases, bug management, and retrospect
• Focuses on a wide variety of testing techniques and types. For example: Functional, Non-functional, Security, Performance, regression, joint testing, etc.
• Participate in PRD review, and architectural design review. Be aware of the business logic, system architecture, and inner functioning of the product.

Qualifications

• Strong concurrent task processing ability and efficient work output
• Excellent business process and business logic understanding ability, accurate and comprehensive test strategy and use case design ability
• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
• Familiar with the overall process of project testing, keen to identify risks and promote solutions, and have certain project quality management capabilities
• Strong self-driving force, fast learning ability
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in testing and development in the high-tech sector

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150400 - $266000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
