Job Description

A typical day could include:
  • Collaborating with team to create BDD scenarios for Mobile and Web UI and automating them in-sprint.
  • Documenting acceptance criteria and test specifications and managing test assets in Microsoft DevOps.
  • Interacting with Retail Item Systems Scrum teams to define BDD scenarios, technical requirements, interfaces, implementation approaches for applications.
  • Participating in all Agile Ceremonies.
  • Working collaboratively with cross functional team members and product owners to determine the test scope and test effort.

Required Qualifications:
  • Selenium / Appium
  • Postman / Newman
  • 1 year of general experience writing automation scripts using industry standard programming languages
  • 1 year of experience with a test automation framework, such as:
    • Selenium / Appium
    • Postman / Newman
    • Gherkin / SpecFlow or Cucumber
    • RestSharp
  • RestSharp
  • Gherkin / SpecFlow or Cucumber
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related analytical field or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience with one of the following:
    • Visual Studio Team Services / Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps Server
  • Visual Studio Team Services / Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps Server
  • Experience working on team using Scrum framework or Agile methodology
  • Understanding of C#, .NET, VISUAL STUDIO (VSTS), and OOP principles
  • Experience with one of the following:
    • NUnit, xUnit, JUnit, MSTest, or similar test frameworks
  • Experience debugging the configuration and integration of complex back-end systems
  • Experience identifying the testing scope of a PBI and create API tests as needed
  • Experience creating SQL queries to use in validating test results and setting up test data
  • NUnit, xUnit, JUnit, MSTest, or similar test frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or DevOps
