Integration Coordinator Jobs

We are hiring for three locations at Walt Disney World (Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Epcot) and the job duties can vary based on location. Shifts will start between the hours of 3:00 am and 6:00 am.

This Integration Coordinator falls under Office and Technical and will be responsible for the coordination and administrative work between Custodial and key stakeholders to effectively and efficiently:

• Liaison with Reedy Creek Improvement District for recycle and dumpster needs / coordination
• Event planning for marathons, park events and cast events for custodial needs
• Coordinate VPI walks
• Manage all electronics including radios, key inventory and phones
• Manage attraction cleaning (building, sets, vehicles)
• Environmental integration liaison – driving toward zero waste goals
• Manage vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance plans
• Track requests and tasks with park partners to maintain backstage cleanliness
• Trash / Recycle can inventory

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage all exceptions to delivery timeframes.
• Develop and maintain a reporting dashboard including GSM scores, VPI, Tier I and III, Safety/Audits. Use this information to conduct continuous analysis of processes and advise solutions for improvement.
• Communication, collaboration techniques, and relationship skills to drive an efficient schedule for global cleaning, coordinating work between Custodial, Operations, and Engineering Services. Utilize strategic and forward thinking towards master planning for custodial.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven communication and relationship building skills with internal and external clients
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Teams
• Proven ability to utilize Outlook / Zoom to set up meetings and conference calls
• Knowledge of Custodial Line of Business, operating guides, and Custodial Utility functions
• Proven conflict management skills and problem resolution
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Demonstrated strategic, project planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to prepare reports, presentations, agenda

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SmartSheet
• Knowledge of SAP and Casual Buyer
• Proven logistics coordination experience

Education:

• HS Diploma
