General Purpose:
Review procedures, protocols, and batch records for Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs), Safe Quality Food (SQF), and Regulatory compliance. Perform a variety of administrative functions to support QAC, Sanitation, Processing, and Maintenance.

Review procedures, protocols, and batch records for Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs), Safe Quality Food (SQF), and Regulatory compliance. Perform a variety of administrative functions to support QAC, Sanitation, Processing, and Maintenance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Review completed production, sanitation, and quality records
- Organize and maintain files, records, and libraries
- Create and maintain electronic document register
- Maintain DFA document control process
- Inspect the facility and paperwork for compliance to GMP, SQF, and Regulatory requirements
- Generate nonconformance reports
- Participate in internal and external audits
Education And Experience
- Certification and/or License – SQF Practitioner Certification and HACCP Certification required within 1 year
- High School Diploma required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with people at multiple levels of the organization and with external customers in business and technical fields
- Able to be a self-starter
- Knowledge of and skill working with computer software such as Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
- Able to organize, prioritize, and work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and functions
