As a Public Relations Community Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
The Deaconess Public Relations and Community Outreach Specialist works with the Public Relations team and plays a key role in external communications. Supports the organization’s public relations, sponsorship and communication efforts, is accountable for Deaconess sponsored events along with representing Deaconess at various community events.
Education and Experience
Degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications or a related field from an accredited college or university.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare.
Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and communications strategies to meet organizational objectives.
