Service Operations is the team that provides Service Desk support, Incident management, enterprise application support, enterprise systems group, windows engineering, Microsoft 365, Managed Hotel operations and Property Technology Engineering. We interface with end user customers, hotels and business partners to ensure a great user experience to achieve business goals. Simplicity and Customer Centricity is our key guiding principles. As a key member of our Service Operations team, you will be the focal point for all interactions with franchise hotels technologies and responsible for interfacing with business and driving key vendor relationships.

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Manager, On-Property Technology. You will have 4 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.

Your Work Location

As a Property Technology Engineering 3, you will be a remote based associate, working from your home. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with possible periodic travel in-person to our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide offices in Rockville, MD, Scottsdale, AZ or St. Louis Park, MN.

We are focused on safety and wellness in our offices, and as such, as a Choice associate you will be required to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status and provide a copy of your vaccination card. If you are not vaccinated or elect not to disclose your status, we will require a weekly negative COVID-19 test when working in the office.
