Promotions & Merchandising Associate Jobs

Perigold is seeking a Promotions & Curated Merchandising Associate to join the Content & Curated Merchandising team. This role will be split roughly 50/50 between 1) the execution of Perigold’s omnichannel promotional campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, The Insider Event), and 2) for owning our product merchandising and curation function in partnership with content, creative, and category management. Additionally, this role will support the evolution of Perigold’s promotional and curation capabilities. You’ll be an owner of the customer experience, ensuring that campaigns launch successfully as planned, with the right products, on-site and across marketing channels.

This role is based in Boston and reports to Perigold’s Head of Curated Merchandising and Promotions, with significant cross-functional exposure across our Marketing, Category Management, and Creative organizations.

What You’ll Do:

• Building briefs/phasing plans with input from broader team
• Providing feedback on creative deliverables, in line with identified best practices
• Curating and building promotional events based on inputs from automated logic, supplier priorities, and product line plans
• Managing the discount sourcing process in partnership with CM, NARTA, Growth@
• Builds a deep understanding of event tech & tools, and troubleshoots bugs/issues as they arise
• Analyzes and reports on campaign performance to draw insights and areas for improvement. Supports efforts to further iterate on reporting capabilities to improve insights and decision making
• Supports development of performance reporting for curated assortments and events, in partnership with Marketing and broader merchandising org
• Supports and improves Perigold’s Go To Market (GTM) process in partnership with Editorial, Creative and Category Management
• Executes end-to-end event production activities, including event creation, ensuring the right products are featured, ensuring the right imagery and copy is displayed, QAing the customer experience before go-live
• Owns the major campaign execution timeline, in line with broader cross-functional timelines, to ensure curation and event production milestones are met before campaigns go live which includes:
• Owns implementation of curation strategies across channels (site, paid social, email, catalog, etc.)

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong academic record
• Prior experience in buying, merchandising, fashion, or similar a plus, but not required
• Experience in analyzing data sets to derive useable insights
• Exceptional project management and time management skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and time-sensitive milestones
• Passionate about the customer with an interest in delivering an exceptional customer experience
