Title:Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX(Hybrid)

Skills/Experience

• Experience driving every aspect of technical implementation.
• Skilled in facilitating large group meetings with internal and external resources.
• Experience in identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Skilled in creating and presenting executive level project communications.
• Experience in implementing Enterprise Systems Integration.
• Skilled in gathering, reviewing, analysing, and communicating requirements from business divisions.
• Experience in managing all phases of large and complex technical projects. Experience in creating and maintaining various project artifacts including; ProjectTimeline, Risk &Issue Log, Communication Plan, Stakeholder Register, etc.
• Experience with general IT SDLC processes.
• Skilled in collaborating with the technical and functional teams to develop the Technical Specification and other documents need in support of the solution.
• Skilled in educating business unit staff on standardized processes.
• Possess strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users including executive staff.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience with one or more of the states of Texas government agencies.
• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience with multivendor and software professional services for communication service
• Experience with managing/transitioning In-Flight Project(s
• Provider or enterprise customers is preferred.
