Project Manager - Krafton

We are seeking a Project Manager who will be full-time in our Santa Monica, California office (three days in-office, two remote).

The Publishing Project Manager handles overseeing and managing business-side and games publishing-focused projects, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and execution across various internal and external teams. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset to deliver high-quality projects that support the company's game launches, game content updates, and other initiatives. This role will partner closely with product, brand, and other cross-functional teams to properly scope projects and deliverables, create and track schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate clear and effective communication between all publishing support teams, game developers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and project expectations.
• Track and manage budgets for all internal and external resources
• Utilize project management tools to accurately track project progress, including task completion, resource allocation, and milestone achievement.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish, support, and reinforce strong internal and external relationships with all support and development teams to foster a collaborative working environment and help efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

• English/Korean bilingual is a big plus
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• 6 years of experience as a project manager within the gaming industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Fiscal management and budgeting experience.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $76k-$150k
