Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Roofing Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of residential roofing projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include project planning, resource management, communication with clients and teams, and ensuring that roofing projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and necessary resources.
• Site Assessment: Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to evaluate roofing conditions and determine the scope of work required for each project.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Problem Resolution: Identify project risks and challenges proactively and work towards resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and subcontractors. Comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all roofing work adheres to industry standards and company guidelines. Conduct regular quality inspections to maintain high-quality craftsmanship.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead roofing crews effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure adequate resources and materials are available to execute roofing projects effectively.
