- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction is progressing as planned and to identify and address any issues that arise
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders
- Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of construction industry best practices and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and ground-up construction projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
