• Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects through Waterfall methodologies.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and soft skills, interacting with multiple levels of stakeholders, sponsors, and project resources.
• Strong proven experience using Project Management Tools (such as Smartsheet, and MS Project), an expert in using Office 365 applications.
• Projects may vary in number, size, and complexity.
• Proven experience in a result-driven environment.
• Self-starter working with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrate PMO organizational skills to enhance data integrity and accuracy.
• Ability to demonstrate collaboration, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, resource management, and vendor management skills.
• Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
• Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
• Project (Information Systems) Manager of IT Infrastructure & Facilities Projects to include corporate and manufacturing areas.
• We are looking for an experienced individual who can adapt to Intuitive Surgical (ISI) Project planning and delivery processes, as well as contribute to strategy, roadmap discussions, project execution, and delivery of our engagements.
• Experience and skills necessary to continuously improve, develop and deliver ISI initiatives.
• The resource will need to have strong communication and soft skills to work directly with engineers and third-party vendors.
• The candidate is REQUIRED to have experience and technical knowledge of structured cabling, WAN/LAN/WLAN, and audio-visual/collaboration.
• The project manager will lead highly visible projects from envisioning to closure.
• Fluent in working with multiple collaboration tools such as Zoom.
