Job Description
Location/Area: Denver, CO
Salary Range: $85k to $115K per year
IHC Scott is seeking an experienced project manager to help us build heavy civil construction projects in the Colorado Springs area.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for optimizing performance and gross margin while managing client relationships, safety, and quality
  • Practice ethical business transactions, adhere to the corporate policies, values, and beliefs while pursuing the company's short and long-range goals
  • Facilitate internal and external preconstruction meetings and procedures
  • Maintain consistent and accurate schedule and ensure timely completion of project closeout
  • Manage construction projects in IHC Scott's Southern Colorado market
  • Manage operational, administrative, equipment, and personnel functions
Qualifications
  • Computer skills must include: Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Access), P6 Scheduling
  • 5+ years of relevant, progressive construction project management experience on public, commercial, and/or residential infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management including documentation, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, dispute resolution, personnel management, and resource (personnel and equipment) scheduling
  • Excellent people, communication, and organizational skills
Preferences
  • Experience with design/build
  • Experience with Heavy Civil construction
  • BS Degree: Construction Management or Civil Engineering
