Job Description

Skyelarke offers pharmaceutical, clinical research organizations, biotech, and other companies within the clinical research industry, patient payment technology that can be utilized by hospitals and clinics taking part in trials. Skyelarke technology enables sites to rapidly and easily pay patients participating in clinical trials, by digitally facilitating the payment of expenses incurred, and/or stipends for attending a visit (or any other trigger event) within the trial.


Purpose of the role

Reporting into the Operations Director, the Project Manager will be accountable for the implementation and maintenance of Skyelarke client projects. You will manage and oversee all aspects of the projects to ensure they are completed on time and external stakeholders’ satisfaction is high.

You will be required to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication relating to the project is transferred onto our clients. You will be the main point of contact for our clients ensuring a smooth and effective service and project delivery.


Length of contract

Initially on a 6-month contract, we are hopeful to be able to convert this role into a permanent hire post the initial 6 month term.


Key responsibilities

·Directs and manages project development from beginning to end

·Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables

·Sets, communicates, and manages project expectations with stakeholders through a detailed project plan

·Manage internal and external stakeholders in the successful execution of project activities

·Develop and maintain client relationships after the successful implementation of new client projects

·Identifies and track project dependencies, milestones/timelines and deliverables

·Schedule and present SkyePay platform training to all stakeholders as required

·Manage implementation and maintenance of the SkyePay platform (including programme requirements, system/site set ups and general support)

·Develops and delivers progress, funding and required reports when needed

·Manages changes throughout the project timeline including but not limited to; training external stakeholders to make sure they can use the SkyePay platform successfully.

·Identifies need for contract extensions and escalates to Account/Business Director and client.

·Aligns activities with company goals around quality, delivery, and cost

·Participate in the development of new features and functionality that may be requested by clients

·Configuration, testing and implementation of proprietary technical solutions including User Acceptance Testing

·Coordinate internal and external/vendor resources, as applicable

·Perform other duties and/or special projects as requested by the Operations Director

·Travel for client meetings and training as required

·Show start-up mentality and be willing to support and perform additional tasks to enable the successful performance of the company.

Finance:

  • Work closely with finance stakeholders


People:

  • Providing cover for other colleagues when required (holidays/sick leave/other leave)
  • Develop excellent working relationships across the company globally
  • Work and cooperate with others, attending departmental meetings, team briefings, supporting other team members and providing assistance when necessary to ensure the team collectively achieve their goals
  • Provide effective communication to internal and external stakeholders


Miscellaneous:

  • Must be able to multitask due to having multiple projects at different stages
  • Available to travel when needed for business requirements
  • Complete timesheet in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensuring that safe and healthy working practices are adhered to at all times
  • Ability to prioritize workload considering different time zones
