About The Opportunity


  • You will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders
  • You will also support the design process and the approvals process
  • A pioneer and one of the top companies in the Contractor industry located in Boston, MA is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team


Responsibilities Of The Project Manager


  • Project planning
  • Processing of modification orders and payment requests
  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates


Required Qualifications Of Project Manager


  • Construction management experience of two to five years
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office's Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Coordination and communication skills that are effective
