Project Management Analyst
Overview
Our North America sales organization is seeking to a build a diverse, strategic and consultative workforce of world-class relationship managers, problem-solvers, and technologists. We are looking for a Sales Analyst that will support the NAM National Accounts Bank of America team with project management and programmatic activities. S/he will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to use insights, data and research to further our impact. This includes helping to support internal stakeholders, team members, and external customers with research and analysis to further the strategic objectives of the NAM team. This Sales Analyst position reports to the Senior Vice President for Consumer and Small Business Portfolios for a National Account and also includes general project management for NAM team initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Uses analytical problem solving and project management tools to advise senior team members of progress and accomplishments of projects
• Supports project management activities across multiple business functions including account management, technology & operations, finance and legal
• Creates and reviews internal and client-facing presentations and documents
• Supports the scheduling and overarching coordination of meetings and tasks necessary to manage projects and the overall BAC relationship
• Works closely and develops relationships with internal stakeholders across the business unit
• Provides general administrative support as needed

• Demonstrated project management and execution skills with strong ability to manage deliverables and deadlines for multiple initiatives and teams

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization

NYC Salary Range: $77,000 - $119,000
