Project Lead - Business Analyst

Title: Project Lead - Business Analyst (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the development team to design and develop effective process solutions that address business needs.
• Present information in a clear and concise manner, enabling informed decision-making with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to process design/redesign activities, actively participating in design review meetings and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Demonstrate proactive leadership by spearheading teams and overseeing projects, effectively managing multiple initiatives and collaborating with various groups.
• Take charge of system changes and implementation projects, guiding the team through successful execution and delivering high-quality results.
• Develop and execute comprehensive process and software test scripts, meticulously documenting results and preparing end user acceptance scripts.
• Assess project requirements, develop comprehensive project plans, identify key stakeholders, and recommend appropriate strategies and methodologies to achieve project goals.
• Consult and collaborate with business users throughout definition, design, and implementation phases, offering guidance and delivering training to end users.
• Document and maintain accurate business process flows, creating detailed business requirements documents to capture project scope and objectives.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and growth by mentoring and cross-training team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Provide business support and effectively resolve system and data issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication, project management, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends to assist in system restart validation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong command of JD Edwards (Sales Order Processing, Procurement, Financials).
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for off-hour business interruption support.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a business analyst, demonstrating expertise in leading projects and teams.
