Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Data Analyst.

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Remote)

Required Skills/ Experience:

• Independent contributor.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure to playing business roles / doing UAT.
• Preferably 5+ Years experience as a BSA
• Healthcare Payer Domain Required
• Experience with data profiling / Functional documentation

The ideal candidate will have- Strong BA experience; Strong SQL & Data warehousing experience; Healthcare payer domain experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Rate*: $55/hr - $60/hr on W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
