What is the Enterprise Performance Team?

• Powers Personal Investor strategy and is aligned to the overall One Vanguard program.
• Partners across functions to design, develop, test and scale capabilities and experiences
• Sits within Personal Investor’s CXD subdivision
• Owns and shapes the future of Performance on the Personal Investor Secure Site for both Self-directed and Advice clients.
• Drives the emerging landscape for how we calculate and share Performance goals for our clients

As a Business Program manager, you will have the opportunity to:

CXD’s Program Management is a highly collaborative team working on a variety of high impact areas across Personal Investor. We support product teams in driving outcomes and enabling our clients and crew. This role will have a unique opportunity to help shape the vision for Agile Program Management in CXD in a large-scale Agile environment.
What it takes:
Experience:

• 2+ years of Agile experience (PO/SM or Agile Program Manager) in a large, scaled environment
• 10+ years of Program Management experience delivering software
• Relevant consulting experience (solving problems, engaging others to drive change) valued but not required
