Project Expeditor Jobs

Key Role:

Perform the coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a Cybersecurity program. Maintain responsibility for developing and maintaining a project schedule for respective tasks. Input and manage risks, schedule, and task-related documentation in program risk register and ensure risks are appropriately facilitated and communicated through various mediums, as defined by the program. Develop and update routine reporting documentation, including weekly and monthly deliverables. Leverage best practices and program templates. Communicate with stakeholders, including supporting task lead with milestone management, documentation, and schedule variance, as needed. Coordinate with requirements analysts to document task-specific requirements and update schedule accordingly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with creating executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• 2+ years of experience with project management
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Project and building a project schedule from baseline zero
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
