Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Estimator/Bid Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing project costs, reviewing bids, and analyzing market trends to determine the most competitive and cost-effective solutions for our clients.

As a successful candidate, you will have a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mind, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with our sales and project management teams to ensure that all bids are accurate, competitive, and aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project estimates, bids, and related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with sales and project management teams to ensure all project needs are met.
• Participate in bid strategy sessions, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the bidding process.
• Review and evaluate incoming bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis to develop and present accurate project estimates and budgets.
• Identify and analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness in bidding processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• RAM: 8GB or higher
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with project management software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (Advanced level of English C1 level)
• A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and interruption.
• Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project estimation and bid evaluation.
• Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps
• Processor: Core i5 or higher
