pureIntegration is seeking an UIPath RPA Developer to join our team our dynamic team of automation experts in supporting development that delivers measurable outcomes and strong ROI to the customers we engage with. The RPA developer will work with platforms like UiPath to take automation designs from project architects and deliver automated processes that can run at high volumes in customer production environments. The RPA developer will also be a customer-facing consultant, participating in process design meetings, and adding expertise to how automated processes should be designed given the capabilities that underlying platforms like UiPath offer.

Responsibilities:

• Based on automation designs as well as process discovery meetings, develop automated processes using best-practice development methodologies
• Develop processes using UiPath Studio, including Tests, that are deployed to non-production and production environments
• Use and help to develop engagement model template documentation, such as design documents, that can be used across customer initiatives
• Work as part of pureIntegration project teams to deliver business process transformation through the use of RPA and Intelligent Automation technologies
• Gain expertise in competing RPA platforms or complementary tools that help deliver on automation engagements with customers
• Display a curiosity in engaging with new technologies, and identifying new trends, that could make measurable customer impact while also growing pureIntegration’s business
• Help to translate current state ‘as-is’ processes to automation designs that take advantage of the capabilities of underlying RPA platforms in use
• Maintain expertise in the UiPath platform through mediums like online training, certifications, webinars, self-discovery in lab environments, etc
• Follow best practice to methodologies for source code control, feature branching, code reviews, use of Agile, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• 2+ years demonstrable experience with UiPath RPA Development
• UiPath Advanced Developer certification is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with UiPath Insights for operational reporting is a plus
• Demonstrable experience with the Robotic Enterprise Framework, Queues, Triggers, Apps, Tasks and other commonly used design patterns
• Experience with common automation techniques, including browser-based UI Automation, Windows client automation, RESTful APIs, data scraping, document processing, and more
• Experience with both Attended and Unattended automation

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, ksh, PowerShell, etc, is a plus
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices
• Familiarity with software deployment both in on-premises virtualization environments as well as public cloud is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
• Ability to see the bigger picture, not just the piece you are working on
• .Net or other High Level Development experience is a plus
• Familiarity with other types of automation used in areas such as CI/CD or configuration management is a plus
• Familiarity or experience with other RPA platforms and tools is a plus – NICE, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
