Role:
This person will help support the Project Managers, field, and the Salespeople. Responsibilities including but not limited to customer service, general clerical duties, office organization and clerical support of the PM’s and Salespeople.
Responsibilities:
- Provides general office housekeeping.
- Bi-weekly audits of office supplies/needs.
- Filling out expense reports for both field and office employees
- Filling out subcontract request forms
- Setup and track per diem/subsistence payments
- Gathering and generating submittal packages
- Journal adjustments
- Permit assistance
- Compiling closeout packages upon project completion (O&Ms, warranty letters, as-builts, etc).
- Processing purchase orders
- Assist with site specific safety plans.
- Updating Stat Shortcuts/Executive Summaries
- Shipping and receiving of packages to and from the office.
- Basic Tech support for field and office.
- Creating job books for field turnovers
- Creating and updating job folders
- Manages and maintains ALL office equipment / machines.
- General support for both office and field such as:
- Opening projects once they have been awarded.
- Putting in print requests for the field
- Track and update procurement log
Qualifications:
- This position requires the ability to walk and maintain balance over rough, icy, or muddy ground, climb stairs and ladders, work safely at heights without fear, and to work effectively while exposed to the weather for long periods.
- Possess good computer skills, including MS Office and being able to navigate databases, enterprise systems and online content with ease.
- This position is required to support field personnel and service our customers on projects. Depending on project requirements this may require full time presence on the site and in some cases, presence before and after the project scheduled hours. Flexibility on hours and location of work is dependent on project requirements as determined by your supervisor.

- Experience in a fast-paced business environment is preferred.
- The qualified candidate must have at least 3 years progressive experience in performing duties and responsibilities similar to those mentioned above. In addition, the candidate should:

Education:
- Must have the educational credentials to do the compositional and computational aspects of the job (at least a high school degree/GED, with additional education being desirable).
